The Waterproof Eye Make-up Remover is a fragrance-free formula made with over 95% natural origin ingredients and is enriched with Vitamin E, providing the skin around the eyes the care they deserve when removing stubborn makeup. Infused with Biotin, skin will feel ultra clean, and lashes will feel protected during makeup removal, allowing for healthier, stronger growth. All you need to do is shake the bottle before use to activate the formula and apply to face with a cotton pad. What’s more, not only is our formula vegan and Peta-Approve, but our component is made from at least 30% recycled materials, helping us to minimise our impact on the environment.

Delivery

We only offer delivery to the United Kingdom.

All of our products are dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed.

The estimated delivery dates are based on the average delivery time. However, we cannot guarantee the speed of the courier service.

Orders being shipped via standard delivery will be delivered via an EVRi Standard Tracked service. If you choose the premium service, this will be delivered via an EVRi Next Day Tracked Service.  Your tracking number will be available in My Account section on the website.

If you’re not available to receive your order, your order will be left in safe place or a card will be left advising you to either collect the parcel or they will try to re-attempt delivery.

Deliveries will take place between 8am to 9pm.

There will be no deliveries on Bank Holidays or Weekends and instead orders will be delivered next business day.

Please note for certain area we are unable to provide Next day deliveries. Please see below.

Unfortunately, we don’t delivery to PO BOX or BFPO address at this current stage.

Premium Exceptions

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Man requires 2 business days. Scottish Islands require 2-5 business days.

We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 30 days return period on all our products. If you’re not totally satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for your product(s).  Please note we will not refund any postage charges that you may have paid on the original order.

For reason of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item received.

You can return items to us FREE of charge, please contact customer service and they will provide you with a pre-paid EVRi return label.

Any good returned more than 3 months after purchase date, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the return product(s) will be disposed of.
