From dispatch, it usually takes 1 working day for delivery. Please note for this service the order must be place before 12pm to ensure next day delivery through Monday to Thursday. Any order place after this will be dispatched next working day. Your parcel will be delivered via DPD, if you not available to receive your order a card will be left for you.
If you not completely satisfied with your item, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note we will not accept a return for an exchange or refund, if any item has been used or is not returned in the exact same condition it left us.
Returning goods you must contact Customer Services to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) code which must be quoted when returning the goods.

All return products will be refunded or exchange providing they have not be used or damaged within 2 working day of receiving the item.
Any good returned more than 3 months after purchase date, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the return item(s) will be disposed of. For Health and Safety reason we cannot accept any cosmetics and skincare products for refund or exchange.
