Angel, the first perfume by Thierry Mugler, evokes the emotion of tender childhood memories together with a sense of dreamlike infinity. Angel, which launched a new fragrance category called the "oriental gourmands", seduces us with angelic flavours found deep within the heart of our memories, as well as its sensual and passionate notes. Angel was launched in 1992. The noses behind this fragrance are Olivier Cresp and Yves de Chirin. The bottle is a faceted, diamond-like star which seems to be carved from a blue sky.

Top notes: Melon, mandarin orange, cassia, jasmine and bergamot.

Heart notes: Honey, summer fruits, blackberry, orchid, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, red berries and rose.

Base notes: Tonka bean, patchouli, musk, vanilla, dark chocolate and caramel.
